    Genuine Homes LLC was a referral to us from a good family friend. Dennis was extremely helpful and was able to stick to our budget. My wife and I got exactly what we wanted in the remodel of our upstairs bathroom after a flooding accident. The biggest headache was working with insurance to get things straight. The best part was working with Dennis at Genuine Homes to get the plan finalized and implemented quickly. The updated tile bathroom and laundry room are amazing, we love it! We have already referred Genuine Homes to friends, coworkers and family. We are already lining up new projects for next year, mainly a fire pit project, and we are looking to work solely with Dennis at Genuine Homes for that project. See more See less

    Would recommend Genuine Homes to anyone! Dennis was amazing to work with. His honesty, integrity, and accountability made the building process a dream for us. We talked to a couple different builders before settling on Dennis and we would definitely use him again if we were to decide to build another custom home in the future. He looked for ways to save us money, as well as gave a lot of good advice without making us feel like he was pushing us in any certain direction. His attention to detail and quality is top notch. Communication is key when building a custom home, and being able to contact him personally at any time with questions or concerns made the experience enjoyable, with very little stress. We've been in our home for 6 months now and he has checked in multiple times to make sure we are happy with everything and that there isn't anything that needs repaired or changed.     I have been working with Dennis at Genuine Homes for 5 years now. We've been discussing and planning for our first custom home. We are currently in the process of finishing the framing, and everything has been spot on. I know the rest of the project will be great. Besides, we've been working together for the last 5 years, and he's always kept his word. I highly recommend using Genuine Homes for your future projects. Very affordable, knowledgeable, and honest!
